Stolen Vehicle Tracking & eCall

Stolen Vehicle Tracking (SVT)

With vehicle security systems becoming ever more effective, thieves often steal the vehicle owner's key as a mean of taking the vehicle. This trend has led to insurance companies requiring tracking systems fitted to certain high risk and high value models.
However, for the efficiency of a SVT service, a performing technical tracking system is necessary, but not enough. The relationship with the police authorities is key. ARC Transistance has secured a direct access to Europol, the European part of Interpol, to act on stolen vehicles as fast and as efficiently as possible, wherever in Europe. This maximizes the chance of recovery for the stolen vehicle in the minimum of time.
Through its unrivalled network of service providers across Europe, ARC Transistance propose a local contact and relay in each single country in Europe.
When the vehicle is recovered, ARC Transistance will bring it back safely to its owner or its dealer.
ARC Transistance is also offering its experienced network of service providers across Europe to handle any customer care activities that the customers of your SVT solution will need: activation of the solution, de-activation of the system in case of maintenance or trip on a boat, etc.  If the functionalities of the in-car unit allow, additional services like emergency roadside assistance can also be provided.

Emergency Call (e-call)

In-vehicle emergency calls (eCall) have the potential to greatly reduce the number of fatalities, severity of injuries and stress in post-crash situations, by speeding up the response of the emergency services.
e-Call can be initiated manually or automatically after a crash. It passes relevant information of the accident, including its accurate location, to the emergency services.
Through its network of service providers in the different European countries, ARC Transistance is capable of handling emergency situations. Our call centre operators are trained to face the most severe assistance calls and the close relationship with the local emergency services speed up the response to the location of the accident. The ARC Transistance service centres can use the location information to enhance the deployment of the emergency services: precise place and required resources are essential to optimize the rescue.
