What makes our service special?
The highly qualified, regularly trained and liveried 12,000 road patrols (most of them deployed by a GPS) achieve a breakdown fix rate, which is unequalled throughout Europe. The possibility for the driver to continue his journey in his own vehicle after a successful repair will contribute to maximise customer satisfaction. The service quality a driver experiences in this situation is perceived to mirror the quality of the manufacturer brand. In addition, high breakdown fix rates reduce car rentals, workshop costs and help keep overall warranty costs to a minimum.
Our sister company, Europe Net, operates a specialised network for commercial vehicles across Europe. This enables us to offer customized services for this important market segment.
If an accident occurs or if the repair cannot be done on the spot, the vehicle is towed to a manufacturer authorised repairer by a qualified agent / liveried truck. If required, ARC Transistance could integrate manufacturer authorised repairers in the service provision for towing and replacement vehicles.
In 5 countries (UK, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria; Belgium in preparation) ARC Transistance patrolmen are equipped with laptop computers with fault diagnosis capability directly connected to the vehicle's OBD socket. It provides accurate diagnosis of breakdowns.
