ARC Transistance was founded in 1991 by the 8 major automobile clubs in Europe, who are our shareholders.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide assistance services and insurance products for mobility related customers in the B2B market and to support their customer care management activities. Our main target customers are the car manufacturers and large leasing companies. 38 out of 43 car manufacturer brands are already customers of ARC Transistance. At the end of the year 2005, we held a European market share of 37 % in the roadside assistance market for new vehicles.
